Fat has made a comeback into our diets. Even though BAD FATS increase cholesterol and the risk of certain diseases, such as heart disease and cancers, GOOD FATS protect your heart and support overall health.

GOOD FATS to include in your diet are high quality OLIVE OIL, avocados, olives, fatty fish such as salmon and nuts. BAD FATS to avoid are trans fats found in commercially-baked pastries, packaged snack foods, high-fat cuts of meat and fried foods.
