Shmuel We love stir fry and we love ginger.

This recipe is easy to prepare and the secret is frying the ingredients separately… and using the best Extra Virgin Olive Oil around!

It is very forgiving and you can substitute other vegetables you have in your fridge.

Beef Ginger Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 cups sliced steak
  • 1 whole onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup sliced brocolli
  • 1 cup sliced squash
  • 4 bulbs sliced garlic
  • Equivalent 4 bulbs sliced ginger
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 4 tablespoons Galilee Green Olive Oil – GGOO (2 for frying and 2 for rubbing onto the raw chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Slice the raw steak/beef into bite-sized slices
  2. Smear the steak with Galilee Green Olive Oil  and sprinkle with black pepper and set aside
  3. Cut the squash into 1/2 inch cubes… slice the rest of the vegetables into long bite-sized slices
  4. Slice the garlic and ginger into thin disks.
  5. Warm frying pan at medium heat, then add 2 tablespoons of GGOO and let it warm
  6. Fry the onion, ginger and garlic until soft and then add in the almonds and continue frying til almonds are brown. Then set aside these ingredients.
  7. Fry the squash until it starts getting soft and set aside.
  8. Fry the cauliflower until it just starts to soften and set aside.
  9. Finally fry the steak strips until cooked and add back all the previous ingredients. , and pour  the Soy sauce over the entire mixture.
  10. Stir until ready
