If you have a new credit card or need to update the expiry date of an existing credit card for your Galilee Green Subscription that is processed by Bluesnap, our credit card processing company.
Here are the instructions:
First Login to your Bluesnap Account

Most likely, you have never done this before and you do not know your username or password. So you will need to generate a new password.
You will be taken to the following page:
Fill in your invoice ID from an invoice you received previously by email from Bluesnap.
Make sure you use the same email address you used to make the original order (if you have more than one email address)
After clicking SUBMIT, you will receive an email from Bluesnap. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. The email will be from security@bluesnap.com , so you can search for that.
Make note of your “login username.” It will be a long number like this 16454813607719394189091076534343. Copy it and save it. You will need it shortly.
Then press the RESET PASSWORD button on the email.
After pressing the button, the following screen will appear.
The password you choose must have more than 8 characters, at least one UPPER CASE letter and a number and special character.
After clicking SUBMIT the following screen will appear.
Click on the CONTINUE TO LOGIN button.
Use the Username (long number) you received in the email from Bluesnap when you were changing your password. And use the new password you just created.
When you are finally logged in, a screen will appear with all your subscription information like this:
In the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION section, you will see PAYMENT METHOD all the way to the right. Click on the “change” link.
The screen to add a new card will appear. You cannot edit the previous card, so whether you are updating info on your old card (eg expiry date), or adding a new card, use the USE A NEW CARD link.
The following screen will appear where you can add the new/updated card details.
