Carol has been with our Galilee Green Family for four years. She’s always ready to try new recipes.

Recently , I shared our recipe for homemade felafel balls. And she immediately set out to get the ingredients and try the recipe out.

There was leftover soaked chickpeas, so she made some hummus to go along with her very Israeli meal!

Says Carol,

I made my first batch of falefels and fresh hummous tonight using Galilee Green olive oil and Galilee Green recipes.
