Who we are

We are Galilee Green, a private Israeli-owned company located in Tiberias, Galilee, Israel. We market our own private-brand of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and related products.

The company was founded by Shmuel Veffer.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We store user input data sent through the contact forms on this website, along with meta information about the submissions, including the time stamp, the origin IP address, and the user agent (browser). Also, third party services may collect information about website visitors. We currently use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. We do this so that we can offer ads for our own products and services to people who have visited our site and have opted in to receive Facebook ads or Google ads on their Facebook and Google accounts.

Comments

When visitors choose to leave comments on our website site we retain the right to delete any offensive comments.

Contact forms

When you contact us via the form on our website, we convert it to an email which we receive to our Galilee Green gmail account. We also store the information in our secure online Mailchimp database.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

When you make a purchase on our website, your data is processed and stored at Bluesnap.com . Although we retain your personal information (name, address, email, phone) for order processing and customer service on our secure online order processing system hosted at Morning Software and contacting you with our own newsletters, we do not store any credit card information and we do not have access to it. How long we retain your data

We don’t set a particular time limit on storing information because we need it for future reference. If you want your information to be removed from our database, please contact us. We will remove it anytime there are concerns about your privacy.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account as someone who has purchased our products via this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Application of this Privacy Policy.

This policy applies where we are acting as a data processor with respect to your personal data, in other words, where we process your personal data on behalf of another party.

This policy applies where we are collecting Personally Identifiable Information (as further described below) from individuals and / or sole proprietors and does not apply to the collection of data from corporate entities. This policy applies however we collect Personally Identifiable Information, however accessed and / or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise.

How we collect Personally Identifiable Information.

Our website will generate the metadata associated with communications made using website contact forms.

When you sign up for an account or use certain features, you may be opting to receive messages and/or phone calls from us, .
