When you’ve got a large group including kids/ and you have been “celebrating” for a while… whether it’s the week long Festival of Passover or Sukkot… or just summer vacation… sometimes you need something quick, easy and guaranteed even the little kids will like.

Here’s a recipe my daughter Rachel Rosenthal put together for her family over Passover that turned out to be a real hit! Adjust the quantities depending on the size of your group!

Ingredients:

Ready for the Oven!

  • Diced hot dogs or sausage
  • Chopped Cauliflower
  • Mini Potatoes
  • Galilee Green Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Boil mini potatoes for 10 minutes (till just fork tender)
  2. Dice the hotdogs
  3. Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized chunks
  4. Toss everything with olive oil and the spices to your taste
  5. Lay on baking sheet in single layer
  6. Bake at 425 till starting to brown.
