Inspired by one of our muffin recipes she shared this favorite of hers which she made with her precious GGOO.

Banana Nut Muffins
(These are made with freshly milled wheat, with added millet and of course GGOO)
Ingredients for Muffins
- 2-3 large over-ripe mashed bananas
- 1 well-beaten egg
- 1/2 cup Galilee Green Olive Oil (GGOO)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/4 cups freshly milled flour
- 1/4 cup whole millet
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Measure dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Add liquids and mix just until well blended.
- Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
- Line muffin tins with paper muffin cups.
- Fill muffin cups with batter 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
