The avocados are beautiful this time of year in Israel. They ripen quickly and are perfect with a bit of lemon juice. I decided to chunk the avocado and prepare a chunky version of Guacamole.

Avocados taste great! In terms of calories, one medium-size avocado has around 215 total calories. But, don’t let that scare you. Because of the healthy fat, fiber and phyto-chemical content, this super nutrient-dense food will only help you lose weight. And who doesn’t want to lose weight?
Galilee Green Chunky Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 hard boiled egg sliced in an egg slicer
- 1 tomato in chunks
- ½ red pepper in chunks
- 1 cucumber in chunks
- Fresh lemon juice
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder and hot pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons of Galilee Green Olive Oil
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients
- ENJOY!
