Using Olive Oil instead of butter or margarine is a much healthier alternative.

However to gain the health benefits and to ensure you can fry or sautee at high enough temperatures, you should use a high-quality extra virgin olive oil like Galilee Green.

Because Galilee Green is a special blend of Koroneiki, Coratina and Barnea varieties, its flavor is mild enough to use for baking as well! Often the results are even more delicious with Galilee Green Olive Oil than with butter! For example the Orange Carrot Cake pictured above.

You’ll need less Olive Oil than butter or margarine when baking. Use the table below to adjust the measurements of your favorite recipes. And then tell us about the results!

i know most probably all olive oil sold in america are garbage. Read the labals, mixtures of different countries oils, other additives which are not olive oil.
I dont trust anything accept products from Israel but now i try and use my own banks credit card and am stopped dead. They tell me its because its over seas but i caught the usaa banks employee saying its the country im trying to buy from thats the problem. I asked her if she hates Israel or is it because they have signed on to the bds movement like our president and future presidents have. She spesifically said THE country im trying to purchase from not just overseas.
I want to move to Isrsel. Im hoping.

I am so sorry about that. It will work if you have a PayPall account. I hope that helps. Call me if you want to discuss that option or any other idea. Shalom and Love!

I also am having difficulty with my bank and the recurring charge for the olive oil. I would love to order but can’t.
