Flourless Cottage Cheese Bread Loaf
Ingredients:
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoon Galilee Green olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats (you can use 1 1/4 cups of almond flour)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 175C (350F)
- Line a small loaf pan (9 x 5 inches) with parchment paper
- Mix all the ingredients together and pulse in a blender until mostly smooth.
- Pour batter into the lined baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- When done, remove and let cool completely before slicing
