This recipe is from Diana May of Bodega Bay, California. Diana has been part of the Galilee Green Family since May 2016! We recently noticed this wonderful photo on her Facebook page and reached out to her.
In Israel, we don’t eat a lot of beef, we tend to stick to fish and organic chicken if we have animal protein. But this dish looked irresistible!
There is a tradition on Festival days to enjoy meat and wine. We’ll be saving this recipe for a special occasion.
