Our village Yavne’el in the Galilee is a farming community where milk, eggs and all sorts of citrus and olives are readily available. We try as much as possible to use locally-grown produce and support our farmers and neighbours.
Here’s a quick, easy and healthy breakfast for those of you who are on a gluten- or carb-free diet. It keeps you feeling satisfied all morning.
Ingredients:
Serves One
- 2 organic eggs
- 2 tablespoons of 5% Goat Feta Cheese
- 1 tablespoon of Galilee Green Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 slices of tomatoes
Directions:
- heat frying pan
- add oil and heat it
- scramble the eggs and add the feta cheese at the last 30 seconds.
Serve with tomatoes or any other vegetables, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
