Scalloped Sweet Potatoes – Spicy Israeli Style

Here’s a yummy way of serving them:
Spicy Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 6 medium unpeeled sweet potatoes thinly sliced
- ¼ cup of Galilee Green Olive Oil
- ⅛ cup Galilee Green Honey
- 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt, pepper sweet paprika and hot pepper flakes
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 240C or 400F
- Mix Galilee Green olive oil, honey, spices and herbs
- Add sliced scalloped sweet potatoes and stir to coat them well on all sides
- Line them in a greased baking dish
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes
- Uncover and bake for 20-30 minutes until done
