It’s August. And it’s warm outside! (In the northern hemisphere that is! Our friends in South Africa and Australia where it’s winter, will love this dish too!)

No one wants to cook but we all want a great dinner.

Here’s a dish that cooks itself in your slow cooker. Put it on in the morning, go out for the day and come home to a yummy cooked meal ready to eat.

I like to set the table in the morning before we leave for our ‘tiyul’ or day trip, so when we get home home, tired and hungry, there is nothing left to do but serve these special Moroccan Meatballs infused with middle Eastern spices and an enriched flavor from Galilee Green Olive Oil.

For the Moroccan Meatballs – would that be a quarter Cup of breadcrumbs, or a quarter Pound?
