While visiting my daughter and her family in Detroit I was treated to some wonderful meals and I brought home to Israel some of her great recipes.
One of her favorite side-dishes to be served with a main course is roasted cauliflower. Even the kids love it.
It’s healthy, filling and tastes great! And it’s super easy to prepare.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 head of cauliflower cut on into pieces
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika or chili lime spice
- 3-4 tablespoons Galilee Green olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 450 F (230 C)
- Mix all the spices in a small bowl
- Drizzle olive oil over cauliflower
- Pour spices over cauliflower and mix to coat
- Place in cookie sheet and bake till nice and brown
