There is so much to see and learn on social media. I love watching the top chefs demonstrate their amazing cooking skills. They have such a passion for the food they prepare while they masterfully mix simple and wholesome ingredients.
Here is a gourmet pasta recipe that you can make just like a gourmet!! It is so much fun and simple to make that you won’t even mind the mess in the kitchen. 🙂
Here is an adaptation of Iconic NY Chef Frank Prisinzano’s recipe. It’s all about the timing!

Made spaghetti tonight and I use it on the noodles after i drain them. Stops them from sticking and adds killer taste! None but the best will do! Love you all, not only as brothers and sisters… but as the purveyors of the best olive oil in 2000 years!

Ingredients:
- ¾ of a package of dry spaghetti (400 gm)
- 1 entire garlic bulb clean – cut each piece evenly
- ½ – ¾ cup of Galilee Green Olive Oil
- 2 mini pepperoncinis – dried hot peppers or ½ – 1 teaspoons of hot pepper flakes
- ¾ cup chopped parsley
- ½ cup shredded hard goat cheese or Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Boil up 10 cups of salted water
- Add the spaghetti and cook for 2 minutes less than the suggested cooking time
- Be sure to stir the spaghetti before it sticks together and reduce the heat to medium
- At 4 minutes after the spaghetti has started boiling pour olive oil in a large and deep frying pan and wait for it to heat up
- Add sliced garlic to olive oil and saute until some of the pieces are brown and white – about 1 minute
- Add the 2 pepperoncinis to the frying pan and cook for another 20 seconds
- Use a ladle and add 1-2 ladles of pasta water to the frying pan
- Stir and cook up the garlic and pasta water mixture for 1 minute
- Going back to the spaghetti at the 2 minutes less than the cooking time point, strain the spaghetti and do not rinse
- Add the spaghetti to the frying pan and mix it well with the garlic oil and water mixture
- Add most of the chopped parsley and stir for 30 seconds
- You are ready to plate
- Sprinkle with shredded goat cheese and pepper and remaining chopped parsley
