Shalom ahuv Nili! I have to tell you this! I took some fresh asparagus and drizzled fresh olive oil all over it and baked it on 425* for 20 minutes, and then when it came out it was soooo good! Like being grilled. But that’s not all! I saved the olive oil that was still left in the bottom of the pan [because it is such a wonderful quality], and let me tell you, it retained a little bit of the asparagus taste in it, and I had baked some bread, so I took the bread and laid it in the pan, and then put some jalapeno cheese on top of the bread and baked that and it was EXCELLENT! So why am I telling you this? Because IF you have any left over olive oil from baking anything, expecially potatoes or veggies, save it in the bottom of your pan and try this! It’s incredible.

I first saw the ad about Galilee green Olive Oil on one of the respected Jewish sites and we decided to give it a try for many reasons, A- A product From Israel, B- Support Israel, the people and products, C- A rare treat and tasty oil from Israel.After many e-mails of hello’s & Thank you’s from Shmuel & Nili and about 2-3 wks shipping time, we received our first package which included a Decanter and tin of Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil with all the Kosher certifications stamped on the tin and I must say we are very very pleased. It is debatable. Some people say yes and some say no. I would say try the olive oil as is, but not in a fried food. She will know very soon if if is good for her. I would also eat dried ginger. That helps me. Good luck!!

First I would like to give thanks to HaShem for all of the good work done by Nili and Shmuel and the olive oil product that I have been receiving now is not only the BEST, but it’s so very reasonably priced, it comes in just the right amount and at the right time. Also I want to say that on one particular occasion, I was having some health issues, thus creating a few financial problems, and Nili called me personally to check on me and was very compassionate and loving. I did have to stop shipments just for a 3mo. period, but got right back on it. And whew… did I ever miss it. I was saving my last bit of olive oil to the very last drop hoping it would last until I could get signed back up again, and it did. Baruch HaShem.

I made one of my favorite easy recipes. I minced some garlic cloves and some red onion. I heated some of the olive oil, added the garlic and onion along w/a pinch of Rosemary, a little salt and some pepper. I poured this over some Fettuccine and enjoyed dinner. Thank you.

I would like to know if you have any health information on Olive Oil and Acid Reflux my sister suffers greatly with this

It is debatable. Some people say yes and some say no. I would say try the olive oil as is, but not in a fried food. She will know very soon if if is good for her. I would also eat dried ginger. That helps me. Good luck!!

Nili They were so excited to get their gift set and the Bride Mary has already signed up for the cook book she has already been on your web site Thank you for all your help tell everyone that it is a fab wedding gift they couldnt give a better gift and I gave the other one to mycommy co-worker for all she has done for me since I can’t drive for another 2 months she s getting me back and forth to work. First I would like to give thanks to HaShem for all of the good work done by Nili and Shmuel and the olive oil product that I have been receiving now is not only the BEST, but it’s so very reasonably priced, it comes in just the right amount and at the right time. Also I want to say that on one particular occasion, I was having some health issues, thus creating a few financial problems, and Nili called me personally to check on me and was very compassionate and loving. I did have to stop shipments just for a 3mo. period, but got right back on it. And whew… did I ever miss it. I was saving my last bit of olive oil to the very last drop hoping it would last until I could get signed back up again, and it did. Baruch HaShem.

I made one of my favorite easy recipes. I minced some garlic cloves and some red onion. I heated some of the olive oil, added the garlic and onion along w/a pinch of Rosemary, a little salt and some pepper. I poured this over some Fettuccine and enjoyed dinner. Thank you.
