Three Ingredient – Almond Flour Cookies
My sister let us know about this recipe which we adapted to work well with our GG Raw Natural Honey and GGOO.
So many people we know are trying to cut back on sugars and unhealthy fats and eat more natural foods.
These are awesome with a hot cup of coffee or cacao.
We won’t say anything if you dip them!
Ingredients: (makes 6 – 8 cookies)
- 6 tbsp Almond Flour
- 6 tsp Galilee Green Raw Natural Honey – Remember it’s 1 teaspoon of honey for every TABLESPOON of Almond Flour
- 1 tbsp Galilee Green Olive Oil
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients.
- Spray some GGOO onto your hands to prevent the dough from sticking. Shape the dough into 1-inch (2.5-cm) balls or the size you like.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet as you form them and flatten them out to make them crunchy
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until golden brown on the bottom. The cookies will be very soft coming out of the oven, but they will harden as they cool. Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet and then transfer to a cooling rack to cool for 10 minutes more.
I like to store these “Three Ingredient Almond Flour Cookies” in the freezer so they stay nice and crispy.
