The secret to a great tomato sauce is using the freshest and most delicious ingredients.
Israel has the most lush, fresh and flavorful tomatoes. Add to that the best extra virgin olive oil you can find… and the results are irresistible.
However as much as we love homemade tomato sauce, it usually takes so long to prepare it.
BUT here’s an amazing simple and quick hack from Justin Chapple at Food & Wine for making your own home made yummy tomato sauce. And it requires no cooking, blanching, no peeling, no muss, and no fuss. All you need to do is gently take a ripe tomato to a regular cheese grater and add your Galilee Green Olive Oil and a bit of salt and pepper.

My husband is NOT a fan of Italian food. But he LOVES tomatoes. I’m thinking I could do this and use my Essential oils: Rosemary, Basil…even Black Pepper, to season. He just might enjoy this! ….even more so once I subscribe to get some Galilee Green Olive Oil!
