When getting our homes ready for Passover, it doesn’t leave a lot of time to prepare dinner. This is what I like to make because it is quick, easy and delicious.
Since all the ingredients are kosher for Passover, it is great also during the intermediate days of the festival… you can even Barbecue the wings.
Enjoy this keto-friendly dinner, perfect for any time, but even more so for Passover.
Ingredients:
- 12 chicken wings
- 2 cups broccoli
- 3 tablespoons Galilee Green Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread the chicken wings on baking paper in an oven-proof dish.
- Then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Galilee Green Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and 2 teaspoons of garlic powder over the chicken.
- Toss.
- Line another baking dish with baking paper and toss 2 cups of frozen broccoli with 1 tablespoon of Galilee Green Olive Oil and salt and pepper to taste.
- They both go into the oven at the same time for an hour and come out hot and delicious!!

Hi there,
Your olive oil is the best!
So many of us in U.S.A are praying for Israel.
I have 2 quick questions, and my apologies that they don’t have anything to do with olive oil but I do appreciate your feedback and assistance: are there any great children’s books that you’d recommend for me to share with my kids regarding the importance of standing strong with Israel? My children are 8 and 3 and they know about Israel and the importance of standing with them from the Bible and from what I’ve told them— but I really want them to have a strong desire to remain in partnership as they grow.
Also, I’m interested in purchasing a prayer shawl for myself sometime in the near future… is there a particular store, person, or company that you’d recommend? I much rather help and support someone you know than purchase one randomly from online. Thank you so much for your assistance.
God is with Israel- forever and for always.
God Bless you all.
Your friend,
