My wife Sarah Eliana and I have decided to add more raw foods and green leafy vegetables into our diet based on the recommendation of our health coach.

Because we live in a semi-desert climate here in Israel and staying hydrated is a challenge, potassium from bananas and minerals from other raw vegetables help keep our electrolytes in balance.

If you are also trying to avoid ‘nightshades’ to reduce joint inflammation, this recipe is for you.

The GGOO makes for a creamier smoothie. Le’Chaim!
