Ingredients
Here’s a Subscriber recipe with tomato juice and bell pepper!
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 handfuls of kale
(Or any other green leaves you have at home) - 1 banana
- 2 carrots
- 2 small cucumbers
- 1 apple
- 1 piece of raw ginger
- 2 to 3 cups of water (depending on your preference)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp of Galilee Green Olive Oil
- 1 cup of ice
Directions:
- Cut everything in medium pieces to fit in the blender.
- Process with the water until it gets well mixed and enjoy
