Jeff & Melissa Brown

Jeff and Mellisa Brown of Mansfield Texas signed up in 2017 for ongoing shipments of Galilee Green as part of their commitment to a healthy life.

In the process they changed how they ate, lost weight and got more fit.

They eat much the way we do: cut way back on carbs, lots of fresh vegetables, great protein, and increased healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil.

This recipe for Greek Lemon Chicken Salad was adapted from one that showed up on Jeff’s FB page and fit right in with our Galilee Green lifestyle. It looked so delicious we decided to share it with you!

Fine! Thank you for the great recipe. I especially appreciate the detail that the parsley, olives and garlic are whisked with olive oil first, and only then are the lettuce and onions added.
