If you love homemade bread, but you don’t have the patience for kneading the dough, here’s a great solution for you. There are only four ingredients! But you must have enough time to let the dough soak overnight.
This bread is perfect for dipping into Galilee Green Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Also, the bread is more easily digested because there is enough time for all the hard-to-digest phytates to break down. INGREDIENTS:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fast rising yeast
1 1/2 cups water
Add for flavor – Kimmel seeds, finely minced onion or dried rosemary
DIRECTIONS:
Mix well and cover.
Wait 12 – 18 hours.
Preheat oven to 450° F/230°C.
Place a pan of water on the bottom rack for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle dough with a sprinkling of four and pour the dough gently onto a parchment papered baking dish.
